Studied art history in Vienna: Fascinated by expression, symbolism, and the connection between art and human experience.

Growing up in Styria: Childhood in an environment where mental health was not a taboo subject, shaped by family conversations at the dinner table.

Insight into interest in people: shifting the focus from works of art to the inner struggles and emotional tensions of the people behind them.

Studied psychotherapy science at the Vienna University of Technology and Economics, specializing in behavioral therapy to work directly with people's inner selves.

Collaboration at the Research Center for Global Risks & Quality of Life: Research on psychosocial risk factors and their influence on quality of life.

Internship in the psychiatric department, Vienna General Hospital: Experience in crisis intervention and care of severely depressed patients undergoing ketamine therapy and electroconvulsive therapy (ECT).

Speaker at the World Congress of Psychotherapy 2025: Presentation of a chapter on human-machine interaction and AI in healthcare.

Internship at the day clinic for adult psychiatry, UK Tulln: Participation in diagnostics and therapy for affective and psychotic disorders.

Autism Support Vienna: Support and promotion of children with early childhood autism in everyday practical and therapeutic measures.

Caritas Corona Hotline: Psychosocial first aid and telephone crisis support during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Horse-assisted therapy in Freudenau: promoting the emotional, social, and motor development of children and adolescents.
